It appears, unfortunately for the both of us, that I have decided to enable a blog function into my new site. On many an occasion, I’ve considered posting longer written thoughts and short stories, but I’ve been skeptical of the places available for me to host them.

Tumblr feels a bit gauche, Medium is too separate from everything, and I theorize you must be a specific Type Of Guy to post on Substack, a type which I very much am not.

I was reminded of the existence of WordPress (enormous thank you to Michael Andersen, go read ARGNet!), and thus my hunt for a new website host came to an end. And now, a blog!

I cannot, and will not, promise frequent posts, as is my style, but I want a blog to exist. Its specter will haunt me, and I hope I will feel pressured by its existence to share my thoughts on occasion. Apologies in advance 🙂
